My wipers were about 2 years old but other than cleaning the smog dust off the windshield whenever I drive they hadn't been used. They were premium blades but they were beginning to lose the wiper part. I found these:
on Amazon which seemed like a good deal. I also cleaned the cigarette smoke off the inside from when my niece rode with us to KS. Now I can see the road again!
Edwinsmith, I was wondering if your D350 has spacers between the hub and the rim? I pulled apart my 89 D350 non dually and it has this heavy 7/8" thick metal spacer along with a flimsy aluminum 3/8" spacer between the hub and rim. Just curious if the spacers are factory, I know the rims are not.

No spacers that I can see. Nothing aluminum at all. Big arsed lugs and nuts requires a long bar on the socket or an impact wrench. I think that Dually's and non-duallys have a different axle. The bearings in the Dually's are bigger to carry more load.
Its been a little smokey in Spokane, WA this week, so I installed a cabin air filter in my 90 Ramcharger CTD
I pulled off the ducting going up to the main vents right over the transmission tunnel. After a bit of time in the filter book I found that that cabin air filters from a 2011-2018 Jeep Wrangler fit perfect.
NAPA Part number FIL 4302 - There are two in the box, I just put them side by side and added some tape top and bottom to keep them together.
I added a little bit of duct tape to keep them from moving around and put it all back together. The air is instantly clean and I don't seem to notice any flow difference (blower motor is relayed). Make sure to pay attention to the direction of the air flow.
There are only two screws holding this panel in on the bottom, but it needs to slide into place up top.

Man I don't let ANYONE smoke in my vehicles! I they need a smoke that bad I'll pull over and tell them to hurry up...or they can ride in the bed.
The 82 D150 I bought a while back was owned by a heavy smoker since '04. Guy showed up to do title work hooked up to an O2 bottle, wheezing like an old steam radiator, still sucking down cigarettes, saying how he almost died in the hospital the month before. It took me a roll and a half of paper towels and a bottle of Simple Green to clean all the yellow soot out of the truck. Gross.

I have been thinking about a way to do this for years, but never tried very hard. Great info and thank you for figuring something out!! I will go grab some of those and get them in my truck right away, with the fires we have been having here as well it gets a little thick!
I think it's for the smoke outside the vehicle, to keep it from coming in. From all the fires up there I assume.
Yeah I figured that. It was just a general observation that I don't let people smoke in my vehicles partly because of the mess it makes (ashes all over the place, stinky yellow film on everything, burn holes in seats armrests and door panels, etc.)

After I changed the wipers I hosed off the truck. I'm ashamed I didn't do a proper wash but I've been feeling bad lately and the temps have been high. Anyway the crud on the truck was mostly ash from the Holy Fire and smog that collects from the dew. Some of the crud on the inside could have been from the crud in the air which collects in my lungs as well. If it's cool this weekend I'll give the beast a proper wash.
I've been putting off so many things which need attention it keeps me awake at night thinking about them.
Our cat is addicted to cat treats. I give her treats when I get home and then 15 minutes later she's begging for more from Sue. I have to hide the bag sometimes so she won't be pawing it all the time.
