Yup and still had good crosshatch on the cylinder walls.

Stock injectors. Not going to be towing heavy in the mountains, don't want smoke, not in a hurry, and going non-intercooled on this one with the VGT HE300VG turbo/banshee II setup so I can have A/C with the stock front grille.

Maybe it is just me but the ebay item number listed returned no results.

Installed some accessories, piston lift pump and line from hungry diesel, HE300VG turbo with custom coolant lines installed.

Wow, crazy. So he bought it when he was about 47 years old, now he's 70 and wants to sell.

272404066710

That is the item #, the 0 at the end was missing.

I agree, he can do as what pleases him, but the story would be different if it went into dry storage. To let it sit and rot is a really dumb thing to do. He could have had a piece of automotive history there, but chose to foul it.

Whatever. Enuff said..

Yeah, it does kind of have a long snout. hoping to be able to fit in a normal intake elbow there with enough space to round the corner away from the alternator.

The block is the VGT actuator, it is water cooled.

The style that come stock on 2007+ 6.7 cummins are mounted on the side. This top mount makes for a bit easier install on 1st/2nd gens, and is off of an industrial application. If you are using the low mount/rear dump manifold, you have to use the side mount style.

I've seen this a lot with musclecars. find say a '69 Charger, bought new, with license plates from the early '70s, sunk into the ground. owner wont sell "because it means too much to him"
