It is really hard to figure how Cummins can justify the price. Don't tell anyone or VW will be raising theirs. Maybe we should work out some kind of code to talk in so Cummins don't find out. They will force VW to raise prices.

Thanks for the VW tip my dealer wanted $221 and a tractor repair shop wanted $100 ,called VW and they said $45.71 thank you very very much.

or... just grab a spare on your next trip to the bone yard ~$5. I have never had one fail in my 20+ VW's (I keep lots of extra VW pumps on hand, but have only had one fail, it was on an auction car I got for $35, with "carburetor" problems, It had a 'factory - rebuilt' engine, so I didn't get hurt too bad sticking a $20 eBay pump on it)
