Amen, Brother! Mine runs 9 psi at idle and drops to MAYBE 7.5 or 8 at WOT.
Stock lift pump, bigger lines.

so just adding bigger line from tank to stock lift pump gets you more psi how good do the stock filter heads flow with bigger lines before and after

Out of the "fuel system in a box" setups, I like the Airdog the best.

I keep reading good things about the Airdog and after reading the installation instructions, I'm pretty sure this is the route I will go. I like overkill.

I'm into overkill too, thats why there is an AirDog going on mine in the near future. Then no matter what I do, I know I have enough fuel supply for it.

It doesn't matter how big a pump you put on it if it can't suck enough fuel through the pickup.

Along with overkill I also don't do anything half***ed! I think the guys that have seen my truck can vouch for that. I would'nt think of putting any electric pump on the truck without 1/2" line from the tank to the pump. I didn't know the supply line size was even an issue till about three weeks ago when my truck left me sitting in traffic becuase it couldn't draw enough fuel.

Vulcan.

Tater- Usually the Airdog pumps have their own dealio where you drill a hole in the bottom or top of the tank and thread a nipple coming out of the tank and put the hose in there directly to the pump, so it gets all the fuel you want, i think its called a "draw straw"

Yep, with the Airdog you have 20 feet of 1/2" fuel line that comes with the kit.
