Lift Pump Pricing

http://www.pdrdiesel.com/products/12...mp-560-24.html

Is this where people have been buying replacement lift pumps from? I seem to remember seeing them for ~30$ somewhere but knowing how my brain operates I may have just made that up. I'm also looking for a new AFC spring if anyone knows where to find one

I think most of us do a low pressure piston pump when it's time to replace the stock one. The afc spring is something you would probably have to get from a pump shop, or somewhere that sell's bosch parts.

1. Find old grandpa who only uses his truck to pull his camper/trailer on the occasional road trip.
2. Wait for said grandpa to:
a. Gradually lose vision, hearing, and ultimately license forcing sale
b. Swerve to miss garbage bag that he mistakes for family cat in driveway and plow into house, totaling rig and forcing sale
c. Get tired of his constant denture rattle due to excessive cummins shake, forcing sale
3. Take said motor out of grandpa truck and place in your dodge body of choice

There you have it, the secret to having a 93 with 58k

your local cummins dealer (if you have one close) should carry it. I priced one at NAPA and they wanted 85 bucks . the spring you could get at any pump shop that carries bosch parts

I just called my dealer and they priced a lift pump for $318. Is that right?

That might be correct, but it ain't right!

usdieselparts.com is where I got my last diaphragm lift pump. They are up over $40 now, but only just.

If it's a C-series, i'd almost bet it's the high pressure version. Too much for the VE, but I have heard you can replace a few springs and make your high pressure pump into a low pressure one, and vice versa.
