I am by no means an expert on this but I was just talking to a guy that knows Dodge Ctds. I was telling him about both trucks on there and the price. He said seemed kinda high to him. Said he could have bought one compareable spelling? for 9000.oo That could be the difference in location though. Then again it could be a good deal. Like I said I dont know but I thought I would tell you what he said. Good luck if you make the buy. Mike

$14k . You can find darn near that quality for less. You're gonna get all the Dodge truck problems/issues with a $15k cherry 1st gen as you would a $1500 1st gen work truck. JMO.

Well, it's really nice but $14k is way too high.

Not bad

That isn't bad. I looked long and hard and I found the one I bought for over $13k. Granted it has over $3k in recent trans work and some other goodies. I'd say go for it if you have the cash. I wouldn't get a loan for a vehicle of this age.

Way over priced for a stock rig no matter how much she is cherry.9K to 10K would be reasonable. I only paid that much 5 years ago for my 92 and it had a Banks upgrade and brand new bucket seats.

You could a much newer truck for what he is asking. If you pay to much (for a first gen)it becomes economically unintelligent to buy one. You can buy a newer truck, with better ergonomics, more room, better handling, braking and ride quality. I bought my truck because it was cheap to own. If I had paid too much $$$, it would have been pointless because in the long run I wouldn't save any money.

Darn thats one purty truck, but 14K is a bit steep IMO. If you get the $$$ down a bit it`d be worth it, say around 10-11K. Heck at 84K on the clock it aint even broken in yet.
