Got back from a 1425Km holiday in Patches few days ago, wife booked a cabin at a lake for a few days, chillin and swimming, kayaking and riding bikes, then traveled to stay at a historic gold rush town for a couple days as well.

Now a few pics....

Loaded up and ready to go....



Cabin was built in the late 1800's and is still functional.....had a small addition of a bathroom and kitchen on the front side but the rest was original.

 

They had this pic hanging in the cabin....



We did some hiking out to see some amazing water falls....





Daughter and I cooling our aching dogs in the glacier water at the head of one of the falls...

Absolutely beautiful country, I really liked the waterfalls, bet you didn't keep you feet in that glacier water very long

 

Hey Tcows... are the falls in Wells Grey Park?
And the gold town ... Barkersville?

My family did a 3 day trip to PG and Barkersville ... beauty's country and the period town was very interesting

No need for slide outs with that trailer!

 

Are those some LED lights mounted in the upper grille piece I see?
Did I miss you installing those somewhere in your epic build thread?

 

Yes they are....can't recall if I ever posted up the quick and dirty install of those lights. Will take some pics and post up what I did.

 

That is a cool folding camper shell! That would come in handy here in the Pacific North Wet, if it has anti-moss protection.
