Here we go....48 deg. today so I went out and hand washed my truck (finally) and took some pics of the final product.

Now I have to go wash mine.

She looks real good. That is one of the first debadged trucks that I think looks good.

Ya know it's just gonna get dirty again...

I think I've washed my truck twice the whole time I've owned it, and that was just because it was so muddy I couldn't see out the windows...

it may get dirty again....but i got the last 10 layers of crap off it anyway, which will make it THAT much easier to clean next time around!

Looking good. I see a little cancer on her though, you ever thought about getting your rocker panels Line-X'd? You would probably have to do some prep work to prevent it from spreading any more though.

I try to wash mine at least once a week in the winter, just to keep that dang road salt/debris off. I 'll have to pull my bed off the frame this year and clean up/repaint some nasty metal parts.

Nate - I will be replacing the door this year with a brand new one and replacing the fender as well as filling/buffing all the scratches out that i can and removing all dents and dings in the body.

Glad to know I'm not the only one like this. Washing in the winter time just isn't gonna fly when its -10 or better, and it doesn't really get dirty in the summer time. Except that time in the mud bog . . .
