OK guys, yet again, the truck is filthy and i had to use my hand just to wipe the tip down so it looked decent in freezing cold water, BUT heres the final results!

Yeah I saw on that rear view, did you friction stir weld that tip on?

 

yeah i know, but the way the pipe bends and where it bends really limited me.....i have that tip jammed on that thing as far back as i can get it, the end of it is jammed right up where the pipe bends to go over the axle so i have absolutely no more room to play with it at all!
