Headliner
Anyone have a source for a headliner for a 93 club cab? I am new to this forum, I belong to the sweptline form, for my 70, I bought the 93 new, it has the cummins, 5spd anti-spin rear end, and only 122k miles, never had a lick of problems, cept the rear view mirror falling off, but i would like to change the headliner it is sagging. The 70 is all original 383, 727, PS, AC bought new by my grandfather.

Welcome! And not sure if its the same type of board over head for the headliner but I just took the headliner out The board is layered kinda like paper glued to paper i just peeled a layer off got some commercial grade spray adhesive/ Coated the board then layed my own fabric down "mossy oak camo" been perfect ever since. Hope this helps!

The headliners are just a fabric with a foam backing. The fabric comes loose from the foam over the yeas and sags down. Any upholstery shop should be able to redo it for you. I've had a few done, in various vehicles, over the years. Most I ever paid was $300 for a 91 Jeep Grand wagoneer.

I had my single cab done for $250 cash at a local upholstery shop. From start to finish probably took 45 minutes at the most. The material they used look to be like fleece.
After seeing it done, the thought that came to mind was "I coulda done that!"

In the late 70's and 80 I built quite a few custom vans and the headliner was **** carpeting.
I took my truck to the upholstry shop our family has been going to since the 60's and had them reupholster the cloth seats, new carpeting and headliner without looking for the receipt I think it was around $450.00 ~$500.00

Like many others I went to a fabric store and bought a few yards of dark grey headliner material and did it myself. The material and (1) can of web spray glue and it looks good as new for about $25. Make sure you get all the old headliner off, it has a thin backing that needs to come off the headliner card.
