Ok so I have a weird thing happening with my truck. Since I got it my radio hasn’t worked. I would just get an occasional noise out of the speakers. I haven’t really driven it at night but all of my lights work. Today it was dark and raining so I turned on my lights. A few seconds later I started getting a whine and squeal out of my speakers behind the seat ha. The radio was turned off. I turned off the lights and it stopped. I turned the lights back on and a few minutes later it started again. Is my truck haunted?
"speakers behind the seat" - aftermarket radio and/or speakers? I'd look for some skulduggery with the wiring involving the lights and radio by a previous owner. That reminds me of how the ignition noise from my copper-strand plug wires on my old street-strip car would bleed into the cheap radio power booster on that car. With the radio off but the power booster on, I could hear a whine in the speakers that varied with engine RPM.
I believe you're on CF, so you know where to get the factory service manual for free in a PDF, though the paper copy (from Geno's Garage) may be better for following wiring diagrams.

Hi. No it’s completely stock. Stock everything. There are speakers in the cab behind the doors and seat on my regular cab. Since I’ve had the truck I haven’t been able to turn the radio on. A couple times I had some “noise” when I’d turn on the radio and scroll the channel dial but no reception. As I’ve said I naver drive the truck at night although every light on the truck and flatbed works. Yesterday while it was raining I turned on the lights and a couple times the speaker behind my left ear started whining until I turned off the lights. I turned them back on and it repeated. wth….
Wet passenger side floor?
Rodents in area?
Backyard mechanic experiments?
Sounds like potential: Loose/no ground, wiring damage, electronic damage/equipment failure, corrosion/corrosive elements, power surge damage to electronic bits, etc.

I’ll have to turn on the lights and see if it’s still doing that
