Got the gauges in the 92

I have a couple more to get for the 89, but atleast all 3 trucks have some of the needed gauges. This is in the 92 ( stockish ) truck.

So far wide open with load is 15 psi and 1100 degrees. This truck sure is a turd. 21mc housing and all.

The gauges and pods came from Geno's this time. They had a deal going on. Buy 1 gauge, get the mounts half price. The pods are usually 20 bucks but with the deal I got all 4 for 40 bucks. Not the cleanest install with the wires above the dash, but I refuse to drill my dash full of holes. Maybe after I swap cabs on this truck I may route them different. In a year or so I will be installing a cab on this truck.

Are you using the tach wire under the dash or an alternator sensor?

My 89 has the Isspro pick up assembly that has 2 magnets glued on the balencer with a pick up that reads it. My 92 and 93 run from the tach plug under the dash.

Did you buy the adapter wire from Isspro or wired it yourself? I am still not clear which connector it is for sure...

I wired all of them myself. Just be aware that some of the isspro tachs require a resistor in the singnal line. I got the 4 k tach ev series and those do not need the resistor. R5503 rings a bell.

I shouldn't care with this truck. Its pretty rough and there are already some holes in it from last adventures from other owners.
