Hey guys, I'm having a hard time finding the OEM instrument panel light bulb sockets with the removable bulbs. My panel has the light bulbs integrated into the sokets, and my local Napa says that's all they have. I'd be very appreciative if someone had a part number they could give me for reference. I know some of yall say they are available by the dozen at junk yards but I'm not close to one.

Any auto parts (Pep Boys, Auto Zone) should have them in the HELP or Dorman section, take a sample because there are 2 different sizes to choose from.

Just purchased a load of LEDs for my gauge cluster makeover. I will post some pictures when I get it all together. I am shooting for green to match my factor radio I pulled out of a Chrysler mini van.
We shall see!

I am eager to see how it turns out. I went with blue to match my Sony head unit.

I followed this write up to a "T" and here's how mine turned out:

I wanted to go Red, but my radio is Green and I didn't want to buy another head unit.

I found the 194 bulb sockets at Napa and replaced the six sockets that had the integrated bulb/socket design. I was 1 for 6 at installing the LEDs in the right orientation on the first shot, haha...lucky me.

I changed out the map light and the AC/Heater control light to Green LED as well.

I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out!

I'm planning on doing this as well but want to go with red. I know I need 6 for the main dash but how many do I need for the HVAC control and has anyone replaced a bulb in the factory tach? If so what size bulb is it and how do u get to it. Thanks

The HVAC panel takes 1 lamp, I am not sure about the tachometer however I would think it took a standard 194 lamp.

Did you get the newer style LED from Superbright?

I have been having quite a few LED's failing recently, they start blinking and then fail altogether, I also have this happen right out of the box.

So much for the LED lasting 1000 of times longer than incandescent lamps.

But they do come from China.

I ordered my LEDs last week and they're scheduled to be delivered today. Looking forward to having a full set of dash lights again. I went with blue to match the head unit I'm going to install.
