Chrysler at Carlisle 2015
Mr. Fusion, Ollie Foster and Charlotte at the 2015 Chrysler at Carlisle show!
I met up with Ollie Foster and his daughter at the Carlisle Chrysler show this past weekend. Met a few other 1st gen guys, talked trucks and had a couple beers. Fun all around! Bummed I missed NJTman. We'll have to coordinate a little better for next year. Great show this year tho!

Nice too see a few of you meeting up with each other. Love your T-shirt Oliver....where did you get that? My guess is one of your loved ones had it made up for you? And I see your daughter is sporting a Metallica T as well....

My shirt is a drawing of my white crew cab, I had an illustrator do for me.
I told him to use a little "creative license" so he made the tires look like 44s in the drawing.
He basically took the picture in my avatar and ran with it.
After several rough drafts / styles, I bought the final drawing and had it send it to Vista prints.
I have the original artwork framed and on my wall.
I had a run of them made as shop shirts and business cards.
I figured after having people ask to buy my crew cab for 10 years, it would make a good rolling business card / shop T-shirt.
My daughter is hiding from the sun in the picture, because she was too stubborn to take off the "cool" Master Of Puppets T-shirt. I have no idea where the stubbornness might come from.
It was a great weekend, and I enjoyed the beers had with MrFusion on the show field.

Cool shirt Oliver.
Nice to be able to put a face to a name. We can go on these boards and become pretty good friends and never know what each other looks like.

Maybe I can make it some year. My wife has family in Missouri and also in Maine.
We will likely be moving to Missouri after my parents are gone. California is a beautiful state in places put the politics suck pond water.

That's about how I do it as well. But been thinking of trying a full year with the full beard.
I agree with Mark though...nice to put a face to a couple regulars, Mr. Fusion and Oliver.
Mr. Fusion....thanks for posting up the pic!

Probably should but I was to busy BSing to take pics. Oddly enough I saw twice as many 1st gens being used as haulers in the swap meet section as I saw in the show field. There were a couple of really nice trucks there though.

I did take a few pictures of some Dodge trucks at the show I could send one of you guys that is a whiz at getting pictures posted.
I took pictures of at least two 70's crew cabs as they drove by.
I was way to busy BSing and having fun to take much for pictures either.
