Post 1992 w250 5.9 cummins

the alternator shows it is working, but thr amp needle is on the left side of center, a/c clutch does not engage speedometer stopped working. replaced the batt with one that has 900cc amps. please any one have a solution?
also where is the regulator rhe parts house says it is on fire wall dealer says in ault

Both are wrong, the regulator is in the PCM down next to the battery.

Your problem sounds like crank sensor trouble. Check to make sure that the crank sensor is securely mounted and that the gap is approximately 0.050" using a brass or plastic feeler (matchbook cover folded over once works in a pinch). Then work your way up the wiring harness looking for chafed wires, especially around the front of the head.

i already replaced thecrank sensor have a new batt has 1000 cc what is the pcm is it the ecm

After over 2 years time, you're still having the same issues?

PCM: Power Control Module
ECM: Engine Control Module

Same thing in the 1st gen.

also the lites low fuel and water in fuel lite does not come on the emergency brake comes on then goes out after 3-5 sec

I replaced the crank sensor and a new 1000 cc amp battery
