I found a 92 W(i think? it's 4x4) 250 for sale , with 108 000 kms (63 000 miles) on it , that's 8700 kms a year!

They have a seemingly reasonable price on it , and it is fully loaded, looks to be in very best of shape.

Is there anything in particular i need to look for on this truck?

The only qualm i have about it , is the 5 speed getrag that is in it.

 

Watch out for rust above the windshield, they rust from the inside there so anything you see is actually 10 times worse. Check the floors for rust, and open the doors and look for cracks in the cowl near the A-pillars.

The Getrag's reputation is much worse than the trans itself. Keep it overfilled with good synthetic 5W-30, don't abuse it by dumping the clutch and speed shifting, and it will handle lots of power. They tend to be noisy. Gear rattle at idle is not unusual, and they rattle pretty good at low RPM in every gear. 4th gear is the noisiest because the countershaft is unloaded.

Wow, that seems high, for a regaular cab, even with the low mileage.
