Alternator August 29, About 125k
Nothing else yet, gonna have to do shocks soon, and I'm trying to not kill my clutch till spring. Then I have a feeling my DVs will need replacing as well...
On Edit:Did you get the fan off, and KDP tabbed? And your timing done?

At 88k when I got my 12-valve, I replaced the lift pump (worked, but was leaking from the prime button), starter contacts with Fosters, front/rear brakes, and front balljoints bushings.
If you just got your truck change all the fluids, filters (including the prefilter screen), fan belt, change fuel supply/return hoses, flush cooling system, check brakes/shocks/u-joints. Just go through your entire truck front to back.

At about 186,000, when I bought it from a concrete contractor (got worked hard as a tool truck with flatbed), I did the brakes and bearings. Bearings, hadn't failed, but were pretty worn from mileage. Also did the outer flexible brake lines. Tranny had already been done. Probably about 195,000, I changed the started, but probably only needed contacts. Original looked like it had never been touched. Alternator is original yet, but changed out the voltage regulator at about 230,000. Radiator held water, but was pretty old and got upgraded to '93 style at about 200,000. Water pump looks original. Tensioner appears original, plastic speedo gear is broke, so I'm guessing around 240,000 or so on it right now. Put new valve cover gaskets on and hosed down the engine when I got it, wish I would've oiled everything back down. the salt here ate up all the throttle linkage and stuff, now I'm thinking of replaceing most of it. Cab's going to the junk yard as soon as I find another too.

At 170K I did my front axle u joints, between 175K and 190K I did all the driveline u joints, brake hoses at 180K, Alternator brushes at 180K, starter at 190K. Everything else is in pretty darn good shape.

starter at 330000kms...it takes a beating in the cold here cause I can't plug it in most of the time
270000kms front left wheel bearing/hub
325000kms rear right axle seal
330000kms brake booster
245000kms track bar
that is all ...everything else has been maintenance
all I can say is from my rust belt area is to be prepared for seals to start going out...and things are seized most of the time up here so it gets tricky removing things

thanks for the feedback so far.... keep em coming!
yep just finished KDP job. but have not done timing yet. still digging up all the tools. snapon is out of stock for what I need.
getting the fan clutch off was the hardest part of the entire job. had to fab a tool. did figure out how to do KDP in a substantially easier way than all intructions posted.
hopefully I'll be posting instruction soon...

My 93:
Alternator and idler around 219k miles.
New steering box and lines @223k
Seem to do front brakes every 30k, just did them @28k one side hit rivots and the other was about .005" from touching.
The starter is still going on another truck.
Put an alternator on the 2000 @80k, go figure, some last and some don't you never know.
New front bearings/hubs @82k, one was shot, the other getting there.
Rear brakes around the same time, e-brake hung up on the one side and wore the shoes out on that side only, other side had lots of miles left on it. Also put a new oil seal on the drivers side because it was leaking.
Thats all I can think of and find in my maintance records right now.

thanks everyone.... keep em coming!
won't take too long to develop a pattern for certain parts. with reports of water pumps going 200k+. no way I'm replacing that early.
concerned about sealed front wheel bearings and mileage they are good for. Rear wheel brgs can be repacked and ball joints can be shot full of grease.
not too many reports of driveshaft carrier brgs going out early?
