That's a nice stand, and also a sharp looking block in there.
For those planning to purchase or build a stand for this engine; I would say, regardless if it's 900, 975, 1100, or even 1250 lbs, you should plan on a 5X safety factor. So it's probably safe to purchase a 5000 lb max capacity stand. Any less than this probably needs to have a built in safety factor, recall that this weight rating is for a static load, things change rpaidly when that load becomes dynamic. And that's the reason for a safety factor.

This is what my owners manual says too...I suppose you throw the rest of the stuff on it probably rounds out to a little over a thousand pounds. Kinda makes ya feel big in the pants while talking to friends about it (until you gotta replace wheel bearings...

almost done with it will post more pics soon. Now I REALY hate to see it go. Looks realy good. Me and DennyT plan to run it on my stand befor I put it in so that when I put it in it is ready to go and I know I dont have any leaks or any thing. I will make a vid if I do it.
