1) Air up enough to level the truck

2) Air up enough so the suspension doesn't bottom out.

I go by #2. Depending upon weight. You will have to experiment...

Don't be. I put a boost fooler on mine, which is otherwise stock. I found that the boost has fewer spikes and increased by 2-4psi. Also, exhaust temps seems to have dropped by 50-100F.

Do you get 12V to the compressor power cable? If not, more than likely the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) aka chryslers' better idea, has died or needs to be reset. Talk to a local dealer...

Many of us use Fleetguard (now cummins filtration) Stratopore. It's better filtration, to a smaller particulate level.

I've been using them since the 1st oil change.

It's a habit they get into because most smog checks are on gas engines.

If they fail it for the gas cap...I would point out that this is a diesel engine and not subject to any of the vapor...
