difference between extended life and regular oil filters
I am looking to place my truck into commercial service, and noticed that some of the oil filter companies offer a regular and extended life oil filter. Can anyone tell me what the difference is? Thanks

Many of us use Fleetguard (now cummins filtration) Stratopore. It's better filtration, to a smaller particulate level.

I've been using them since the 1st oil change.

There is increased filter media and better filtering capabilities. Donaldson ELF7349 is the best filter you can run.
