wiring help

i need some help or some sort of diagram for running power to my box trailer.
everything works great(stop running tail etc) except that i cannot use the lights 12v in my trailer when attached to the truck and it wont charge the extra battery on my trailer.

12v lights and all that work when hooked my friends new gmc.

where how and what pin do i run the 12v power to so i can charge this trailer battery for my winch and so i can run the interior lights with the truck running.
btw i have the big round plug looks like a clock if that helps.
thanx

On the 7 pin connector on the back of the truck, the 12 volt aux power pin is the right one, at the top.

You could also use the aux pin if it is not wired to your back-up lights.

You may just need to insert a fuse in the fuse panel under the hood, Im not real sure how the 2nd gens were wired.

tell me more about this fuse that may be under the hood!

so if this truck was factory wired for trailer it would allow power to this pin.

any other info would be great.

It goes to pin #4 in the link I sent. Check it for 12 volts. Pretty simple.
