sway bar advice

No sway bar on new dually. I haul a heavy camper and know I'll need one. Which one should I get? Helwig or IPD

I deliver 2 or 3 new trailers a week with my dually , some over 14,000 lbs. . I don't use a sway bar and have never seen another contracted RV hauler use one .

Rick, I use to deliver travel trailers too. But truck campers are toltally different animals. Especially the heavy campers with basements. Believe me, a sway bar is a must.
I was just wondering witch one worked the best.

I ran the Helwig with my stock suspension and it was a nice addition. I now have the IPD with the Kelderman system. The IPD is heavier and seems to be a much nice system. If your camper is on the heavy side I would go with the IPD unit. The IPD also tucks inside of the tire radius and is less prone to contact with rocks and such if your backing up off the beaten path.

I think I will go with the IPD sence it is the heavier of the two.
My camper is 5000lbs wet so I need all the help I can get.
Pluss the store is in my neck of the woods

I think you'll like it. It's a high quality piece.

I heard IPD is good but I have never used one. I have a Hellwig and it sure helped out the side to side sway. Rancho 9000's helped too.
