With regards to the coils...the left and right coils are different part numbers as well correct? At least they were on my 04. The one on the drivers side is apparently different because of the added weight of the steering etc. At least that is what I was told by a dealer and a suspension vendor/manufacturer.

I think I still have a set of factory coils from my 04 3500 after I put a KORE suspension on...not sure where I put them though.

I am having a hard time finding the spring rates, capacities for 3rd gens. I know the rear spring rates, but not the front coil rates.

I actually think that 'pee' is a lot better option than all this EGR/DPF stuff. If the Urea can be used for most/all of the emissions the need for EGR/DPF is greatly reduced or eliminated.. Its just a matter of having Urea be the main reduction catalyst... Urea can mean more economy, better power, cleaner intakes, etc...

I believe the standard coils to be the same for 2500's and 3500's. The only real difference between 2500's and 3500's is an extra overload spring in the leaf springs of the 3500.

Now having said that, Dodge also offered a snow plow package which I believe has heavier coils up front. My truck has that snow plow package, I will look tomorrow during the day and see if the part numbers are still on the coils.

Took a look at my coils today.

Driver's side part number is gone, coil wire measured .855 inches in diameter.

Passenger side part number can't read two of the digits: 1_ _ 9854A
It's coil wire is .82 inches in diameter.

Driver Side: ~0.85 52113986AA
Pass Side: ~0.82 52113985AA

I would say those are the same springs 2500 to 3500.
