Widest Tires For OEM Rims???

What are the widest tires you can put on a set of OEM 3rd gen chrome rims. Im thinking about putting 33 or 35's on my 3rd gen rims for my truck just wanted to know how wide i can go. I want to go as wide as possible to give my truck a more aggresive look. Pics would be appreciated to let me see what it will look like as well. Thanks

Pick the tires you want , and check the manufacturers website, they list the approved rim widths. your rims should be 8" wide IIRC

Mine did too, but I solved that by bonding a piece of 3/32" steel to the steering stops. It cut back on my turning radius, but never really noticed the difference.

I run 305/65/17s on my 06 stock rims, no issues. This size is = to 33"x12.5" and look pretty good too.

Mine are 35x12.50's with a leveling kit on the truck I only have a small amount of rubbing at full lock on the control arms.

That's why I'm holding out for H2 rims - same width but a little more offset.
