I have an HX and I just block off the waste gate tube at the turbo. The most boost I get is 30 PSI.

I am going to take pictures of my setup, but it worked great...

I bought :

*2-hook to eye 1/4" turnbuckles
*1-S hook clevist
*1-2-1/2" extremly hard spring

I installed the "s" hook around the wastegate actuator arm, then extended both of the turnbuckle's about 4 threads from being fully extended. Then I attached the first one directly to the "S" hook using the turnbuckle eye side. I then attached the hook side of the turnbuckle to the spring. On the opposite side of the spring I attached to other hook side of the second turnbuckle. Finally I bolted down the eye side of the second turnbuckle to the alternator bracket. I previously drilled the bracket and ran a #14 sharp point pan head screw in it. I also bent the eye side of one of the turnbuckles about 30 degrees so that when it was attached to the alternator bracket it was a streight shot at the wastegate.

I am boosting about 29-30 psi with the first turnbuckle tightened all the way in, I'm sure it will boost more if I tighten the other turnbuckle but then it will be unefficiant and will probibly grenade...
