Twins - power peak?

When does power peak on one of the street or racing twin setups, on average? I realize the smaller twin sets will probably peak sooner - just wondering if anyone has any actual dyno info on this topic?

When were those peaks at? 3500 rpm? 4000? That's what I was actually looking for. Was that 753 number without nitrous, and what do you mean by dirty - lots of smoke? Thanks.

the 753 was rediculous amounts smoke. there wasnt any NOS used at all. there was no way that you could street that setup either.... too much fuel wash. the power was made at 2800 r's i think. on mine i cant rev over 3400 (24v) my peak power was at 2900r's

Oh, ok - I see now. That really surprises me that the peaks were that low - I figured the peak would be near redline.
If you don't mind giving out the information,
1. How much boost was each of these setups making?
2. What pump/injector setup was used on the 753 run to have too much fuel for twins?!

The 24V's will not fuel any above 3,200RPM. (Only enough to creep to 3,500)

3,200RPM is redline on the 24V. There is not enough timing to get power higher in the power band.

the 753 run had so much fuel going to it that even with the twins it wouldnt clean up on the top end. i think it was around 68psi. (the blowoffs were set to 65) the pump is a modified p7100

You know your going to run "dirty" when your injectors are the size of these:

Just kiddin'.

Here is a run with an auto tranny in OD lock-up from around 1400 rpm to 3200rpm. 24 valve truck with twins and Mach 6 injectors last year.

The tach signal was not hooked up on these runs so I cant graph the rpm VS HP for you.

696 and 700 HP runs. Back to back The boost was 58 PSI. The turbos are the HX40 and the B-2.

I was really surprised with my graph from the PDR dyno days.560 hp 1360 trq @2100rpms held it to 2750. All with a 180 calif egr pump!
