Trans Help

I keep on having and intermitten problem with my trans. Sometimes it will work great and shift perfect and sometimes it will go into limp mode I think. It will want to pull out in 2nd gear, but if I downshift it to 1st it will pull out in 1st and I will manually have to hit 2nd and D. I have a fully built DTT and I already replaced the gov solenoid and transducer, and adjusted my voltage regulator. Both of these made no difference. I think the problem is electrical because if I disconnect the batteries the truck will run fine for a few days till it does it again.

I am looking for any and all ideas. The only other things I can think of, transmission speed output sensor, rear diff speed sensor, or a junky connection somewhere.

Thank you,

Paul

4.25V right now. Do you think i should go up or down? It doesn't do it all the time, so I am wondering if I have it too low and my trans isn't seeing ehough voltage?

For some reason it also seems that when I am WOT going down the track, the trans seems to take a long time to hit OD. Not sure if it is related.
