Know a Honest trans shop in Denver /Trans help
Are there any. I sure get tired of everyone of them tell me " Well for a $1000 bucks I'll take it apart and then tell you what it will cost to fix"
It's not a Dodge and its not even a diesel (although I have one and it's probably next) so I guess this is an off topic but I trust the guys here and value your opinions.
I just went to a shop to have a chevy done. Paid good money for a reman and after looking at it found a bunch of grease under the new paint of my new trans.
This one is a
Ford e350 w/e4od. It runs and shifts hard(good) but does not want to find the right gear by itself. I start at a light and it stays in first till I manually shift to 2nd then 3rd but then it feels like it doesn't want to down shift unless I floor it. It doesn't feel like its slipping, just cant shift by itself. Seems like it's an electronic problem to me not a trans problem but I'm no trans expert. Also the o/d off light is flashing continuously.
Thanks

You can try
Rockin S Performance in Ft Lupton Rocky is considered the best in Colorado with diesels. I have no idea if he plays with gasser trannys, but I'm sure he could point you in the right direction
