My throttle shaft has been leaking off and on and I want to get it fixed. While they are in there updating the bushing and seal I'd like to get the 3200 rpm gov spring installed. Anybody know of a shop that will do this without insisting I need a full rebuild or exchanged pump and actually knows what the 3200 spring kit is.---Thanks Dave.

 

After talking to several local shops they all wanted to rebuild the entire pump for major $. Then I talked to Mark at Piers, he confirmed what I read here about replacing the bushing and seal and he is sending the parts plus the 3200rpm spring. A major thums up to Mark and Piers.
