Best Cummins Techs in the Denver, Colorado Area?
Looking for the best dealer to take my Dodge to as I'm getting frustrated with John Elway on Wadsworth since they can't get my speedometer correct with my BFG 315s...a simple adjustment with the DRM but after two visits and long lunch breaks I'm getting upset. I have an A/C vaccume issue and maybe a bad injector so before I take my new to me 2003 HO 555 in for some serious service I want to feel like its in good hands and not coming back with more problems than it already has. I'm sure this is common in most cities where its hard to find reliable and accurate service.
Thanks,
Randy

I can't personally vouch for the service dept. yet, but another TDR member from Brighton says Johnson Auto Plaza has a good tech. I bought my truck from them and am extremely pleased. They are at Hwy 85 and 124th.

Did they adjust your computer with their DRM tool to change the revs per mile to 601...Did it work and is your speedo accurate with the 315s? Thanks I'll check them out.

That's good to know...I just noticed the A/C would start not blowing out of the front vents even with the fan on high after about 20 minutes of cruise control. I drove it back from Dallas to Denver and noticed it did this several times. Seemed to be blowing inside the dash like the Cruise was stealing "vaccume"
Thats a separate problem I'm going to take my truck in for.
I got the speedo fixed today by taking it to the other larger John Elway "AutoNation" Dealership on Arapahoe. Turns out the tech at the other place put 601 somewhere else as the truck listed tire size "undefined" before we put 601 in the "other" category. Now the speedo is right on and the tranny works a lot better. Thank god! 3 weeks and its finally right.
