Are there better steering gears than OEM?

I have a confirmed leak on my steering gear at the center adjustment bolt. I will try to tighten the bolt to see if that helps. My local dodge dealership wants $717,00 for the part and then another 200 to install it... I found some new replacements on the web for around $200. so needless to say Dodge will not be replacing this for me.

What I would like to know is if there are better replacement parts than OEM?

Thanks

go to auto zone and get the 3500 steering box, it will have a lifetime warranty from them I think. and its only like 130 bucks.
