DD Jammers?

I first came aware of these from "Peterson's 4Wheel Drive" magazine's Cummins hop-up, and am seeing them every so often in members' signatures. I tried going to DD's website but can't find them, my computer didnt open many of their pages.

So, are these EDM's or a better extrude-honed manufacturing process or different geometries? Could someone shed some light? What power ratings? I thought I saw 60hp to 175hp?

Thanks in advance, Pat

They are a 8 hole injector. When I tested some in my truck (125 hp) vs. (125 hp)extrude-honed injectors. My truck made the same power, smoke, and heat. As my honed ones.

Did you see the power #'s from that article? Did they seem a little much for what was done to the truck or was that just me?

Don M.

The injectors that I run now are extrude-honed to the safe limit. They flow 48.7 (I think it is LPM). IMO the DD jammers are pieces of junk are gave my truck and my brothers (KDAWG62). Ruff idle at times and smoke just as much as honed ones. I feel that they are Knock Offs.

I have heard mixed reviews. Some like 'em. Some hate 'em.

A few guys in the NW are running them. Some got them from Piers or Lenny at DDP. Piers says they are working good in his customers trucks. Muncie will be the first place for me to see them in action.

481 HP is not bad for a HX40 turbo. Was that with the Jammers? Keith @ DD posted he got 511 with his Jammer 4's. He has an HO. I dont know if the pump was stock or modified.

The 481 was with the honed injector. I should have been around 500 hp in legas. But I lost about 20 hp to the tire with a new VP44. O well I still came home with a trophy.

I ran the DD Jammers for about two days. I did not notice a change in smoke or egts. The one thing they did was match the same power output of some 125hp honded injectors.

been running dd stage 1's for a couple months and have seen no increase in milage and it smokes more than bosch rv injectors. The smoke doesn't bother me any, its erratic idle at times that does. Wherever they are coming from i know there making them for dirt cheap. Sounds to me like somebody needs to do a review of every stage 3 or 4 injectors there is out there to get an accurate comparison.

SilverDodge,

Have you been able to dyno on a Dynojet yet?

Do you still have a stock injection pump?
