surging probelm with ddp 3's

just installed a set of ddp 3's last night on a 95 auto and now the truck is surging at low rpm when im barely on the throttle. It does clear up when i depress pedal more though. The truck just has a shaved plate and turned starwheel. I thought only the 370's were natorious for this. Have haisley lazer cuts but just not installed yet, will they help? One more question, at 2000 rpm truck goes in and out of gear ive heard it might be tps sensor. Wut do u guys think? thanks

I would look into the shifting problem first and see if that dosent make your surging go away as well. ive never experienced "surge" although my 4k's will buck sometimes

160 pump without some mods cant supply the fuel to 3's, you will get the stumble. Bigger D/V's may or may not help

what other mods can i do to prevent this besides the dv's possibly clearing it up a little. it is already on my nerves.... it shifts out of gear only at 65 or 70 cruisin.

Bigger pump or smaller injectors. If you have the DV's id give them a shot. cant hurt. As far as shifting out, look into installing a mystery switch. It keeps your T/C locked.

i got the lazer cut dv's installed and i still had the surging problem at low rpms. I took it to the local diesel tech. After looking at it for a while he told me i needed to get my throttle shaft re-bushed. i havent heard of this at all to fix a surging problem. can anyone tell me if that sounds right, wut or where is the throttle shaft? thanks

I had the same issue in my 95 with 181 DV's, I put in 191's and that pretty much cleared it up. I'm suprised the laser cuts didn't help.
