stuck plunger in 1st barrel
hi
so I bought this p-pump, brought it to an injection shop for calibration...
after we installed it on a 95 truck, it worked great for about 30 miles, thats when all of a sudden it started to rev up by itself, to about 4300 rpm, there was not much to do...Runaway. but then after a while it shut down by itself, and thats where it stayed stuck. could not start the motor again.
I found out that the plunger is stuck in the first barrel. the barrel was a pain to get out. i cleaned, lubricated, nothing helped.
now... is it possible to machine the barrel out a very little bit, to have the plunger just a bit loose in there?
thank you guys
