stacks

im looking for dual miter cut stacks. i was wondering if anyone who has them could give me an estament on approx. how much they would cost for everything, not just the stacks, but everything?

If you build the stacks yourself, it'd be around $300. That's what I did. You can look in my picture gallery to see them. If you buy a kit, it'll be around $5-600. I really want 6 inch miters on mine, but all the place I went to only had 5 inch turnouts. Next time around, I'm going to order 6 inch miters.

where did you buy the stacks and piping to do it for 300! thats awsome! what is that box in your bed is it covering the pipe connecting the 2?

I think the stacks were 80 a piece. I got the 5x7 square tubing from a scrap yard and don't remember the price. I bought the 90* elbow and clamps from NAPA for around 50?

where did you find stacks for 80? why would you used square tubing?

i think i had around 250 in my set. That was from the turbo back.

I caught some guy on ebay that would sell me a 4" downpipe and enough pipe to get to the back of the cab and an elbow cheap. Then i bought the 4x6 inch steel for ~100 bucks and the stacks cost me about ~100 too (for both).

Did all the labor myself and it turned out pretty nice i thought.

in my case, it was cheaper and easier to get ahold of

Just ordered the 5 inch miter cut kit from ChromeRoom.com a couple of days ago for $450.00. Supposed to arrive next Tuesday
