This is a number off of an injector, 0432193581 6306. Is it a factory injector or a performance one?

 

I don't know but Cummins could tell you.

 

432 193 581 is the part number for the injector used on the High Output engine (ETH). I assume the truck has a 6 speed transmission. If it is in the truck listed in your signature then it was not original and would actually reduce performance. The factory HO injectors are smaller than the factory SO injectors.
