So which filter micron rating should I get for the FASS system replacement filter? I think the choices are 10 or 3, but I am new to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lower the Micron the better. I run a 3 but i think there is a 2 micron that fits that i will be changing to.

Will the lower micron filters get clogged with winter fuel?

Nope, I've been running 3 micron for years and never a problem. Fass claims a general 30,000 mile filter life but state that thet have an employee vehicle with 60,000 and still going fine.
