Is Boost guage needed?

I plan on a few small mods at first, nothing injector or turbo wise, and starting to round up what stuff i can. Is a boost guage a must?

A pyro is more of a must, and shouldnt be left out if you start adding fuel.

Boost gauge is fun to watch, and will let you know when things are not working as they should, but not an absolute necessity getting started. You will end up with one down the road, you will have gauges like the rest of us!

A boost gauge is a good diagnostic tool, but not necessary for safety until you start adding a lot of fuel.

You should have a good amount of diesels where you are at. Both of mine came from Texas but I also saw alot of them for sale in PA, TN, and Minnisota when I was looking for my 95. Next to Tx, PA often had the best prices being several grand less than the surrounding states. Keep looking and you will find the deal that you want. Just dont go to SC for a stick. I have only seen one for sale in over a year. I think I own the only 2nd gen stick here.

Boost gauge

Totally optional, like stated its more fun to watch than anything else, but if you are on budget, then i suggest a pyro first, then a boost, and a fuel pressure (for knowing when to change ur fuel filter)... if you have an auto trans, then a trans temp would be nice as well.. Robert, you are not alone anymore..
