First of all,ATS isn't the first to use 3 chargers. They would have had to be in the midwest 30 years ago. Second,this site seems to be awfully defensive of ATS. Give it a break.

Not heated just good disscusion about it....everyone has an option and the right to speak it...Iam sure if we added some beer and whiskey then it could get heated<br><br>Without people like ATS or TST or any others we would still be looking at the back end of furd diesels on hills and stop lights...since Cummins will not tell ya how to boost HP and Dodge will tell ya your warranty is void we need shop that put money into research I dont care if its Banks or ATS or Piers in the end it helps us CTD owners

They would have had to be in the midwest 30 years ago<br><br>Two brothers out of Texas used 3 turbo's on one of there tractors(they had two) back in the early 80's, of course I didn't know what I was looking at, just remember a 2 to 1 ratio, fuel used to water/methonal injected. Boost was around 200 as I remember.......I was a diesel freak then I didn't know it.<br><br>Jim

 

Even the first time I saw a 5 engine diesel tractor (sled puller) it scary the H.E.L.L. outta me kept thinking if that thing blows Iam died meat (I was Close To the track) but then some fool started puttin jet engines into trucks and tractors...will the quest for power ever end<br><br> ??? ??? ??? ???

 

Well, I guess we'll wait and see how it works out. If it fails, it fails, but I would definately like to see it work. Three chargers may have been done before, but it is something I've never seen so I'm interested.
