What is the difference between the 2 boxes?
Can theY interchange between the 2 years???
(I have an 01 truck and a 02 comp)

 

One of the plugs need an aadapter was as I understand. Why not ask Edge Products

 

Same Box! Different MAP plug in. Need an adaptor from EDGE...$38.00. Call them 888-360-3343.

RJohnson is right.....2002 has a rectangleular plug with a red slide lock and the 2001 has a flat plug with a tab snap type lock. You can get a hold of me...i have thoes plugs comming out of my ears...Bully Dog sends thoes adapter with all the 2001-02 boxes. I have had a run on alot of 01's so i have lots of the plugs! That is if you need em...

The only issue that you would run into is anything before 2001. 98.5-2000 used a triangular, round map plug that you cant interchange....or i havent seen a conversion harness for. ALSO from 98.5 - 99, the data link plug was differant. Other than that...the Comp box is the same...harness is differant. Just trivial info.......

 

Yah just a plug away from 120rwhp and 350lbft of torque you will need to upgrade that hy35 turbo if you haven't already you will achieve very high egt's due to that small compressor housing of 9cm with stock injectors just trying to help
