I'm trying to buy some investment property and Im having a tough time selling my truck. I see the kbb trade in value is about 31k. How do I go about trading my truck in?

 

Dealers might give you that much. They don't use KBB or NADA anymore. They use the prices those trucks are bringing in at auctions. It's a lot less than you think. They also go by the going rate of that vehicle in your area and what the demand is.
