Taurus Pistols
HOSS, I love you maaaannn!!! LMAO!!!
Glock first and Sig close second!!
I'm not a fan of cracked or worn barrels such as the S&W seem to be prone to.
It seems that I can pick up any Baretta, Glock or Sig and hit home no problem.
I'm ashamed to say that I have never fired a Taurus so ................

I sell a TON of guns every year, and a lot of people want to save a few bucks and buy a little less expensive gun---most of them are back (if they're serious shooters), and ordering Glocks, Sigs, HK's or XD's--In my opinion you get what you pay for. I put hundreds of thousands of rounds down range each year, and have yet to see a Glock fail, and same goes for Sig. My every day carry weapon is a P-239 in .40 Not bashing the lesser expensive guns, because any gun is better than nothing, but in my experience, I want something that I have ABSOLUTE confidence that it will function EVERY time I use it and every sig or glock that I have owned lived up to that. When I first got serios about carrying a gun all the time, I wouldnt carry one till I had put at least 3 thousand rounds through it WITHOUT A MALFUNCTION. Since that time I have carried a couple that I havent done that to, but They were Glock or Sig, and over the years I have grown very confident in these weapons. Taurus is great if that'a all you have. anyway just my opinion, take it for what it's worth-Matt

No safety to remove on Sig....just decocking lever...if you got one in the pipe you can fire it single or double-action. The safety is in your finger and your brain on the Sigs...P220, 226...

bought my wife a titanium 357 snub a few years back. had to give up on the 357 round because of recoil but with 38s she holds my feet to the fire on beer cans at 15 to 20 yards. seems accuracy aint a problem with hers.

Not even my ole' reliable Ruger P90 could make that claim and it was near flawless (just too big to carry). That's why I trust them to be there for me if, Lord forbid, I ever need them.
I have never had an issue with Taurus. They do what they should. It all boils down to personal preference. After all, it's the round that does the work, the pistol is only the platform from which the round is launched. I can't see bashing one brand versus another. Again, personal preference. It is like mechanics arguing over Mac tools or SK. Both do the job just fine.
