Sorry to hear the bad news,

Now you have the opportunuty to make it bigger, better, faster..........

I'll bet the look on the other driver's face was priceless when you got out and rolled his van up-side down.........

So should we look for an add in the classifieds shortly for "slightly used parts"?

Ow. The frame ripped, huh?

We wanna see pics of the van - can you read "Road Armor" backwards in the side of it?

Scotty trucks can be fixed or replaced. So long as you are ok. Sorry to hear of the mishap. Hey, you could have been in a Yugo....

The outer fender and door skin on the passenger side of the van is peeled back past the sliding door. The inner fender is severed in half, front right tire is broke off, hood is peeled up, coolant leaking all over, windshield was popped out and damage clear back to the tail light. It took a hard hit.

I felt bad for the kid driving. His parents came and they were both real good about it too.
Everyone was amiable and the cop was real good with the young kid. Poor guy had never been in a cop car or an accident and has had his drivers for 2 months. The cop did mention he offered me a free shot and I declined and offered to flip the van.

Next hurdle for them and myself is good old SGI , the insurance company, they grind us all.

They are going to freak when they see what all that stuff is worth on the front of that truck.

We all agreed at the scene that having a Brakesmart is what saved us all from injury.

Ouch Scotty. Things can be replaced, lives can't. I'm glad to hear you and the kid were safe, I'd hate for anyone to get hurt. and am glad no one was. Hope the insurance pays out well.

Sorry to hear about the rig Big Guy,
At least everyone is OK. Make sure the folks at the insurance company get a good look at you in person,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it should have a better influence on them when deciding the outcome of your claim.

I think you should send those pics to Road Armor and have them use them as testimony. That's nuts that it ripped the frame. I ripped a guys tow hooks out of his frame trying to pull him out of the mud. Glad to hear you that everyone's ok. If I was that kid and I saw someone your size get out of the truck, I'd be scared to death.

Kinda makes you wonder about putting a nice stout bumper on these trucks.

Hope the 2nd gen frames hold up a little better than the 3rd gens.

Did your airbags go off?

Glad everyone walked away.
