how big is this boy scotty...im somewhat new here but i don't know who he is exactly...is that him under his user name...just curious...I am looking for inspiration to get my lazy rear back into the gym so i can return to the high school football years of being the big guy who benches 375 I miss those days

Its tough having this happen right in the middle of my gameplan for my next competition. I was just starting to ramp things up. Actually I was on my way to pick up some Olympic bumper plates for our 2" bar deadlifts we do when I hit that van. I will try a strongman session on Sunday. sure hope it goes ok because my routine is the most strict I have ever done.
