Has anyone else had problems with offroadrecovery.com lately? About 6 months ago I ordered a recovery strap for a gift from them and it was shipped quickly and was great. At the beginning of this month I ordered a recovery strap for me and they charged my card immediately, then 2 weeks later when I did not receive anything, I sent them several an email to find out the status and no luck. Last week I started to try to call them and the phones are always busy. I cancelled my order online last week and they still have not adjusted my credit card. Does anybody know what is up?

 

must be a glitch... they are one of the largest distributors...I had that happen with anotherco ...ordered a case of oil filters from GA... they rode ALL OVER THE NORTH EAST FOR TWO WEEKS ...I could have sent them a pack mule and they would have gotten here quicker...
