I have it. Tried it for 2 weeks. There is alot of things that you wont be able to do from the start, but will improve in time. I went on a 1200 calorie diet, religiously, and lost 0 lbs in 2 weeks........nothing.

Although I quit after that, I was starting to feel better, but I expected results alot faster considering the workout and diet involved. I also feel that one could probably do two of these videos a day and still feel ok, but I didnt do that.

Did or have you lost any weight doing this? I feel that it will work, but I got discouraged. The website didnt respond to my questions was another discouraging problem.
I would like to do it again and stick with it just to see....

You probably didn't lose weight because you where building muscle.

Look into Insanity, it is a hi paced max interval cardio workout. You should be able to lose the fat without building alot of muscle mass so you can drop the lbs.

I just started doing it so not yet..I had lost 47lbs but I am at 44lbs now.I am starting my heavy weights now to build alot of muscle.
Git-r-done,alot of people get discouraged...if you are lifting alot of weight your gonna build muscle,of course muscle out weighs fat...
Also,if you use smaller weights, and just tone you will see a big difference...but in order to burn that fat the muscle needs to fuel,so maximum burn...you gotta push as much as possible. If you want to lose weight modify the weights...Hope this helps

I believe with any of them you have to watch what you eat,but at the same time modify it to best suit your needs...

Not to much. DVD player, I bought a pull up bar for in the house, and I also bought (for me) 2 10 lb. and weights and 2 20 lb hand weights.

Personally I think I am in denial over my size. I graduated @ 130 and after my military service I got out @ 200. I am currently about 230 but need to get back to the 200.

My problem lifting is I dont know when to stop. I push myself to the brink of maxium pain. I also have pulled my triseps and am now nursing a bicep muscle back. I also have a weight bench that I do reps on.

I've done P90X, but I love crossfit. I build my own workouts from the stuff they have on their website. If you would like an example, I'll be happy to provide one.

That, and I'm a Marine, and we do some crazy stuff
