Well, that time of year everybody says they are going to get fit, but fall through on their plan about a month or how ever long far short of their goal. So this year was no different for me. I'm in decent shape, being in the military you have to keep up a little bit. A buunch of guys I work with did this program P90X last year and got some really good results. I was never one to find these infomercial programs any good and would just turn the channel. I started this P90X a few days ago and wow, this is no joke. I think this is going to take me to where I want to be in 90 days, that is the 90 part. But I'll keep you guys up to date on how this program is going, make a little motivation for me. I'll get all my stats, like weight and waist messurement, and post them tomorrow. And at the end of the program I'll post a before and after picture.

 

Ya, deff. keep my girlfiend..... I mean us, posted. Would like to know how well it works. Might have to buy it for someone I know.

My daughter and her hubby started this program Mid December.

I see results in both of them.....it works, but the regimented excersize and diet is starting to get old for the daughter.
And their grocery bill is higher 'cuz they only eat "Good for you" stuff now.
Her hubby is kinda on the **** side.....so he'll stick with it no matter what.

As for the cost......I've seen several full DVD packages, some with the workout equipment, on Craigslist for MUCH less than the infomercial price.

PS: The REAL cheap priced ones are most likely "Bootleg" copies.
