One of them forgot to mark his ball. Looks like a two stroke penalty to me if he let him play through.

Since bears and cougars have been known to live in the area around the Yellowstone Club (and the photographer was anticipating that one of them might appear), it's likely the golfers shown in the picture above were neither as startled nor as panicked at the sight of the bear as viewers might assume from this single photograph.
I don't care. I'd still be running as fast as I could if I saw a bear coming after me.

That bear looks like it's 10 feet high at the shoulder?

The fence is probably 4-5 feet highish?

We need more pictures of the fence for size-comparison... Screams "photo-shop" to me...

(They are real golfers, though: In a time of panic, a true golfer always gets a white-knuckle grip on his club!)

Is that an ALaskan miniature golf course? Guess they don't need to spend money on fake animals...

No, that's the original Golden Bear, who's mighty honked that Jack Nicklaus borrowed his name.

I agree, keep yourself calm and collected while walking up to your nearest buddy and proceed to whack him in the knee with your club. Then walk in the opposite direction as briskly as possible.
