Sorry...I thought this thread was going to be about the Texas Longhorns.

My truck gets 38.2 mpg so I don't know why it would be so hard to believe that a truck would get 14-17 mpg.

 

I have a friend who is a firefighter for LA County (or is it City, can never remember) and a bunch of the guys there have diesels. One guy bought a new Ferd and was talking about how great the fuel mileage was. Little did he know that they were adding fuel to his tank each day. After several weeks of doing that they switched to taking a few gallons out. He couldn't figure out how the heck his fuel mileage had dropped so fast.
