Google Earth and the Flying Car

I knew I'd get caught in a satellite photo one of these days when I'm out for a spin in my flying car. And I should have guessed Hoss would find it and post it here.

I clicked on the link... that was no help at all!
Looks like someone placed a portable tank of some kind on a stand, perhaps a diesel fuel tank for filling equipment, or maybe a tank that would hold some kinda chemicals for lawn treatment or installation purposes.
Then again, it could be a flying car.
chaikwa.

I think its an ingenious marketing ploy by Google Earth
Although at first I thought it may have been this guy, Warren Mosler, with more money than he knows what to do with, on vacation in Australia. I have seen his flying car in Popular Mechanics/Popular Science/Car and Driver. He builds race cars too: www.moslerauto.com
Trying to find pics of his flying car.

Let's see, there are two fuzzy rectangles, both the same length and width, sitting right next to each other, next to a parking lot.
Oh, I don't know, maybe it's a BLACK car sitting next to a WHITE car.

If you have Google Earth (and everyone should ) center your image around 33° 38'01.40" N 116° 38'11.57" W and look around there you'll find 2 planes with a lateral separation of ~.7 miles. Looks to be a B767 and MD-11. And from their shadows it appears that they are on the same alt (the MD-11 might be a little lower). Google Earth, what a valuable time waster.
